Studio pendant light design
Pendant lighting developed to explore accessible craft and efficient production. The goal was to design a piece that balanced material warmth with modern proportion while remaining practical to manufacture, ship, and assemble.
The powder-coated metal frame was engineered to flat pack and be easily hand-woven with all-weather synthetic rope, simplifying manufacturing and maintaining efficiency in production runs. The open weave introduced lightness and transparency, complementing the clean geometry of the form and its modular assembly intent.
Developed as a direct-to-consumer product, Luxon Pendants focus on scalable, grounded design — combining simplicity, proportion, and practical elegance.
